Senior Account Manager at Polikov Recruitment Solutions

Are you a commercial P&C sales leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment? This could be your moment.

We’ve partnered with a strong Carrier on a confidential search for a Branch Sales Director to lead sales and marketing efforts across North Carolina and Virginia, with a focus on profitable agency growth, strategic partnerships and team leadership.

This is a North Carolina-based, remote role with frequent travel and strong visibility across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach a high-potential team of two Territory Managers across NC and VA (and potentially more for the future)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriters and other departments to drive results
• Be visible and active with key agency partners—cultivating strong, strategic relationships
• Develop growth plans, improve submission-to-bind ratios, and support agency performance
• Help launch new product lines/business units
• Serve as the face of the company —both externally and internally
