Ronco is looking for a dynamic Regional Director of Sales to lead our Lancaster Sales Team. In this role, you will manage the Lancaster, PA territory by executing a plan to achieve revenue targets, build a strategic roadmap for growth, collaborate, and maintain team spirit by adhering to our company values.

Accountabilities Include
  1. Oversee and direct all healthcare and education sales activities, with a focus on sales revenue and gross margin goals for the region and Company
  2. Develop and support individual KPIs and associated metrics to achieve goals
  3. Develop long-range plans for the department and participate in management team meetings, reviewing pipelines, and employee performance
  4. Develop and implement a sales plan/budget with finance and marketing that includes sales projections/goals, territory/vertical market assignments, key and targeted account identification, and a new and existing customer development program
  5. Oversee the sales proposal process for submitting high-quality proposals to prospective and current customers
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with our core customer base
  7. Ensure that sales and internal teams are up to date on industry, competition, and product trends in the market
  8. Oversee and evaluate the sales support administration designated to be a resource to all sales processes, as well as produce quality reports that reflect trends
  9. Develop a roadmap on how to achieve growth and identify additional investment in product, acquisition, and resources
  10. Attend job-related training, as offered by the Company, as well as self-driven learning efforts
  11. Mentor, train, and share knowledge with others as required and be a conduit for other business units to collaborate and align to achieve success
Requirements For Success
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  2. A minimum of four years of education, audio-visual sales, or healthcare sales experience
  3. Previous management experience is required
  4. Proven track record of achieving YTD revenue goals, growth, and proven performance leading teams
  5. Strong knowledge of customer relations, marketing, communications, contractor, and project management processes
  6. Understand GPO, GSA, and NYS contractual pricing tools
  7. Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite of products: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  8. Proficient with CRM tools
  9. Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills
  10. Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  11. Maintain a clean driving record
