As we expand our commercial activities in the U.S., we’re looking for an entrepreneurial and resilientRegional Commercial Directorto lead growth efforts in the following states:TX (main focus), OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, FL. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into a complex sales environment, tackle challenges with creativity, and develop relationships in the dynamic healthcare landscape.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Incision’s presence in your territory.
  • Network, prospect, and close contracts with local hospitals and hospital systems.
  • Own and deliver sales targets through volume and velocity strategies as well as creative solutions.
  • Partner with the broader U.S. sales team, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Represent Incision at key industry events and customer meetings.
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with aBusiness DevelopmentorSalesbackground who thrives on building relationships and navigating complex sales. You’ll succeed if you are inventive, resilient, and ready to face the exciting challenge of building Incision’s market presence in the U.S.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience inbusiness development or sales, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or adjacent fields.
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships across organizations, with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A natural inclination to thrive in a scale-up environment, self-driven and eager to make an impact.
  • Resilience, grit, and determination to succeed in an environment with complex sales cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Bonus Points For:
  • Existing network in U.S. hospitals, especially in Texas.
  • Experience navigating hospital systems and understanding procurement processes.
