What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and execute a territory strategy that builds towards a $10M+ pipeline
  • Leverage your extensive district relationships to secure transformative six and seven-figure partnerships
  • Own the full sales cycle - from strategic prospecting to navigating complex procurement processes
  • Conduct high-impact discovery sessions that uncover district pain points and align our solution to their strategic goals
  • Design and present compelling proposals that showcase our platform's proven impact on student achievement

Regional Sales Director Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in revolutionizing K-12 education by securing strategic, multi-year partnerships with public school districts, driving both substantial revenue growth and measurable improvements in student achievement.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing $100K+ deals in K-12 education (3+ years minimum)
  • Extensive network of decision-maker relationships in TX or CA school districts
  • Expert knowledge of public education procurement processes
  • History of maintaining $10M+ pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in autonomous territory management
  • Strong proficiency with modern sales tech stack and CRM systems
  • Must be based in or within 2-hour radius of TX or CA
  • Willing to travel up to 80% within territory
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, totaling approximately $200,000 USD/year based on 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. Payments are weekly. For more details, visit www.crossover.com/help-and-faqs.
