Job summary

Creek Indian Enterprises seeks a Regional Manager of Operations to provide leadership and executive direction for its convenience stores and travel plaza, overseeing operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.

The role requires strong back‑office expertise, compliance with policies, staff development, and hands‑on execution; supervise managers, negotiate contracts, and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in successful business management at executive level with high volume convenience stores/travel plazas.
• Familiarity with back office operations and ability to adjust to meet business goals.
• Must possess working knowledge of the accounting process, including financial statements, budgets, accounts receivables/payables, inventory, debits, and assets.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, the general public and all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and executive direction to staff while directing the overall operations of Creek Indian Enterprises’ convenience stores and travel plaza.
• Supervise and lead store employees across multiple locations; develop, obtain approval and implement annual business plans based on budget forecasting and industry analysis.
• Train and develop managers in hiring, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement purchasing procedures for equipment and supplies; negotiate contracts with suppliers and distributors.
• Interact with CIEDA to implement vision, mission and corporate values; monitor progress toward goals.
• Review operational records daily and work with managers to analyze and improve sales and profit projections to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures; secure permits and licenses for new and existing businesses.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
