Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands‑on Regional Director of Operations to lead 6–9 fast‑casual restaurants in the Phoenix area with approximately 75 percent travel. You will own operational execution, financial performance, talent development, and guest experience across the region.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of multi‑unit management experience, proven P&L leadership, and strong coaching and communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of multi‑unit management experience in a service‑oriented environment.
• Experience managing restaurant‑level P&L and improving operational/financial performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear priorities and action plans.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership and operational support to 6–9 locations in the Phoenix area.
• Drive vision, culture, brand standards, and strategic priorities regionally.
• Own regional performance across P&L, sales, labor, costs, and controls.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant managers and teams.
• Coach on service execution, menu preparation, systems, and programs.
• Set goals and operating strategies for each location.
• Use results to create action plans improving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with leaders to solve problems and improve processes.
• Conduct regular visits and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and laws.
• Recognize accomplishments and promote accountability and service.
