• Enforce Papa John's policies and deploy resources; manage training and restaurant visits.
• Provide quality customer service and build brand loyalty through community presence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing operations leaders; conduct performance reviews.
• Identify sales opportunities; implement marketing strategies to meet objectives.
• Oversee budgets and analyze reports to monitor profitability.
