Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide operational leadership across multiple nursing and senior living facilities in Ohio and South Carolina. The role focuses on driving excellence, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a nursing home administrator license, a healthcare or related bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of progressive healthcare operations leadership with multisite experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in Ohio or South Carolina.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Multisite management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support to multiple facilities in OH and SC.
• Partner with facility leaders to achieve clinical, operational and financial goals.
• Monitor performance, improve quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Travel approximately 50% across Ohio and South Carolina.

The Regional Director of Operations will work closely with facility leadership teams to drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance resident satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare operations management.
