The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and skill for delivering a superior customer experience to clients in the Long-Term Care sector, with expertise in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM), especially related to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in multi-site management is preferred but not required; candidates must be Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech-Language Pathologists/CCC.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing extensive training, analysis, advice, and consultation to facilities and teams within the Northeast United States. The Director monitors, consults, and recommends modifications to existing processes, systems, policies, and practices to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant rehab oversight and payment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deep understanding of therapy reimbursement methodologies, especially PDPM
2. Provide consultation, training, and support to assigned areas
3. Analyze systems and processes for compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
4. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, implement changes, and monitor effectiveness
5. Perform periodic audits to promote compliance and best practices
6. Maintain knowledge of Medicare rules, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Qualifications:

1. Licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, PTA) with degree from an accredited program
2. 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including supervisory or administrative roles
3. Prior multi-site management experience with clinical processes, training, and mentoring
4. Proficiency with computer systems such as Net Health and Point Click Care
5. Based in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Michigan
6. Active therapy license in relevant discipline
