Preferred candidates will have expertise in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) related to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. Multi-site management experience is preferred but not required; candidates must be Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Licensed Assistant. Job Summary:

This role involves providing training, analysis, and consultation to facilities and teams in the Northeast US, ensuring efficient and compliant rehab oversight and payment performance through process improvements and system analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deep understanding of therapy reimbursement methodologies, especially PDPM
2. Providing consultation, training, and support within the assigned area
3. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, company policies, and procedures
4. Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and implement recommended changes
5. Conducting audits to promote compliance and best practices
6. Maintaining knowledge of Medicare rules, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations
7. Effective communication and customer service skills

Qualifications:

1. Licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA) with degree from an accredited program
2. 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including supervisory or consulting roles
3. Prior multi-site management experience preferred
4. Proficiency with healthcare IT systems like Net Health, Point Click Care
5. Based in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Michigan
6. Active therapy license required
