This role requires a high passion for delivering a thriving customer experience to our clients in the Long-Term Care industry. Ideally, candidates should have expertise in Clinical Reimbursement and the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM), particularly related to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. Prior multi-site management experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates must be Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech-Language Pathologists.

Job Summary

This position involves providing training, analysis, advice, and consultation to facilities within the Northeast U.S. region. Responsibilities include monitoring, recommending process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing rehab and payment performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep understanding of therapy reimbursement methodologies, especially PDPM
2. Providing consultation, training, and support
3. Analyzing systems and processes for compliance with federal, state, and company policies
4. Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
5. Conducting audits to promote compliance
6. Promoting best practices and system improvements
7. Knowledge of Medicare rules, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

1. Licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, PTA) with degree from an accredited program
2. 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including supervisory or administrative roles
3. Prior multi-site management experience with clinical oversight, training, and mentoring
4. Proficiency with healthcare technology systems (e.g., Net Health, PointClickCare)
5. Based in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Michigan
6. Active therapy license in relevant discipline
