Our leadership has decades of experience in therapy operations and clinical excellence for SNF/ALF providers. We seek a Regional Director of Operations who is MOTIVATED to work in a company with an EVOLVING culture that values a POSITIVE work-life balance and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM), especially in rehab disciplines such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. Multi-site management experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech-Language Pathologists/CCC.

Job Position: Regional Director of Operations

Job Type: Full Time, Remote position with travel required

Job Summary: This role involves providing training, analysis, and consultation to facilities within the Northeast U.S., ensuring compliance and optimizing rehab performance through system and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding of reimbursement methodologies, especially PDPM
2. Providing consultation, training, and support
3. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
4. Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and implement changes
5. Performing audits to promote compliance
6. Promoting best practices and system improvements
7. Knowledge of Medicare rules, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

1. Licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA) with degree from an accredited program
2. 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including supervisory or administrative roles
3. Prior multi-site management experience in clinical processes
4. Proficiency with computer systems like Net Health, Point Click Care
5. Based in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Michigan
6. Active therapy license required
