Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead a group of parks across the United States. This field-based, hands-on role reports to the Regional VP of Operations and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets.

You will develop General Managers, coach on site, ensure safety and brand standards, manage payroll, inventory, and capital needs, and travel up to 50–75% to support parks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of operations leadership in FEC or hospitality.
• Proven P&L accountability and budget planning.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel up to 50–75% within the region.

• Oversee daily operations of parks within region, ensuring brand standards and safety.
• Coach park leaders in real time and conduct audits.
• Ensure park readiness for peak seasons and events including staffing and inventory.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and park teams.
• Partner with HR for recruiting, training, retention.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring labor costs.
