Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 5 to 10 parks and lead a team of Park Managers and their staff. You will partner with the Director of Operations to strategize, drive long-term plans, and push productivity and success across markets.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and a track record of multi-unit management in a dynamic setting. Travel across markets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide location managers and employees across multiple parks.
• Oversee operations to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure safety regulations, quality standards and guest satisfaction across locations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, vendors and support centers to maintain park operations.
