Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 5 to 10 parks across multiple markets. You will lead park managers, drive revenue targets, and ensure safe, high-quality guest experiences while coordinating with the Director of Operations.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and discipline in training and vendor management across locations. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field.
• Experience in developing Performance Improvement Plans and Action Plans.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software.
• Proven experience in a multi-unit role.
• Strong understanding of operations, financial management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide individual location managers/supervisors and employees.
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets and manage market performance.
• Foster effective communication channels between Parks and the Support Center.
• Ensure safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards are followed.
• Hire management and staff when needed and supervise scheduling and timekeeping.
