Job summary

Kids Empire USA LLC seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a market of 5 to 10 parks. You will lead park managers, drive revenue, and ensure safety and high guest satisfaction across all locations. Collaboration with the Director of Operations and executive team is essential to implement long-term growth plans.

Able to travel within the region, manage budgets, and recruit leadership talent. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to maintain the KE standard of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in a multi-unit management role.
• Strong data analysis and performance metrics knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide location managers and staff across multiple parks.
• Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead safety, quality, and guest experience initiatives.
• Coordinate with Parks and Support Center for operations.
• Conduct interviews and hire management when needed.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing levels.
• Manage vendor relationships and park maintenance oversight.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.
• Deliver monthly park assessments for safety and performance.
