Job summary

HYRE HARPER Co. is assisting in recruiting a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of Choice-branded hotels, including Everhome Suites and Cambria.

This leadership role drives operational excellence, profitability, brand compliance, and high-performing teams across locations. The role requires extensive travel (50-75%), strong hotel operations knowledge, financial acumen, and the ability to partner with General Managers to achieve guest satisfaction and owner results in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-property hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience with multiple Choice Hotels brands is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Revenue Management, and Guest Services.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple hotels within the assigned portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers to drive revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and market performance.
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards, company policies, franchise requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine property visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze financial statements, labor reports, operating expenses, and KPIs to maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve guest experience, efficiency, and overall property performance.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and property leadership teams.
• Support new hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and brand conversions as needed.
• Partner with sales, revenue management, and marketing teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall market share.
• Lead accountability initiatives and performance management processes for assigned properties.
• Foster a culture focused on hospitality, employee engagement, operational excellence, and owner results.
• Maintain regular communication with executive leadership regarding property performance, challenges, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
