Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of treatment centers across Ohio, with responsibilities in AL/TN regions. The role is focused on strategic leadership, financial health, regulatory compliance, and patient care quality.

You will supervise Treatment Center Directors, drive growth, ensure adherence to policies, and mentor leadership teams while aligning regional goals with BayMark Health Services’ overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ten years of relevant healthcare management and operations experience.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Experience in outpatient Mental Health services required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors.
• Develop and execute regional plans to achieve financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across centers.
• Oversee HR activities, staffing, and staff development.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within region.
• Collaborate with national support to drive growth and quality patient care.
