Job summary

The Waters of Peru is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Healthcare Dietary Services to oversee daily dietary operations across our facility network, ensuring high standards of care and quality are met.

In this role you will lead clinical and non‑clinical operations, drive strategic plans for growth, and guide staff through training and development to excellence. A CDM or equivalent degree in Dietary Services is required.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Multi‑facility oversight experience required.
• CDM credential or a degree in dietary services required.

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met.

As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non‑clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs
• Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Staff Development: Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior leadership role
