Job summary

The Waters of Huntington seeks a Regional Director of Operations for Healthcare Dietary Services to steer dietary operations across the facility. You will lead by example, set objectives, and empower staff to achieve exceptional results while ensuring care quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement.

Regional Director of Operations - Healthcare Dietary Services

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met.

As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs
• Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Staff Development: Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
