Job summary

The Waters of Columbia City is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Healthcare Dietary Services to oversee daily dietary/food operations across facilities. You will lead a team, drive compliance, and implement strategic plans to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include visionary leadership, operational excellence, clinical oversight, and staff development across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Multi-facility experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required, or Degree in Dietary Services.

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met.

As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results

• Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs

• Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
