Job summary

CareCore Health in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This executive role requires an active Ohio LNHA license and a track record of leading multi-site operations with financial and regulatory discipline.

You will drive quality care outcomes, census growth, staff development, and align regional goals with the executive team. A Bachelor’s in healthcare administration is required; Master’s is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare

• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required

• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams

• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)

• Travel within your region is required
