Job summary

CareCore Health LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Columbus, OH region. The role requires an active Ohio LNHA license and multi-site leadership experience.

You will provide strategic oversight to facility administrators, drive regulatory and operational excellence, and lead initiatives to improve quality of care, resident satisfaction, and team engagement while guiding financial performance and census growth.

Qualifications

• Multi-site operations management experience in skilled nursing or senior healthcare.
• LNHA license (Ohio) is required.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate teams.

Requirements:

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare
• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Travel within your region is required
