The ideal candidate has multi-site leadership experience in senior care, is an effective communicator, and holds the Ohio LNHA license. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Travel within the region is expected.

Requirements:

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare
• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's a plus)
• Travel within your region is required
