Job summary

CareCore Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a Regional Director of Operations with an active Ohio LNHA license to oversee multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Columbus region. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory excellence, drive quality outcomes, census growth, and financial performance, while developing leaders and partnering with executive teams.

• Current LNHA license for Ohio is required.

Requirements:

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare

• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required

• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams

• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)

• Travel within your region is required
