Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of leading teams to improve quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of clinical leaders and staff to ensure effective clinical operations and quality patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
