Caregiver in Texas seeks an Area Director to ensure services are delivered as outlined in the Person Directed Plan (PDP). You will train and supervise direct care Team Members and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team to maintain high-quality consumer outcomes.

You will develop, implement and monitor individual program plans, review data against goals, ensure timely integration of activities, and uphold compliance with ICF/MR and related waivers while leading a skilled, collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and monitor individual program plans.
• Supervise training and day habilitation activities.
• Monitor data sheets for regression and progression of stated goals.
• Ensure integration of the total program plan with day habilitation activities.
• Coordinate IDT meetings and ensure documentation is filed.
• Oversee case management services and consumer/family satisfaction.
• Monitor caseload and advocate for needed services.
• Provide training to Team Members related to care and treatment.
• Ensure compliance with program principles and policies.
• Manage employment actions and corrective actions when needed.
