Job summary

You will work with Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align goals, drive performance, and support new facility integrations. Regular travel throughout the region is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key referral sources.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Regional Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align on performance goals.
• Support new facility integrations, program development, and service line expansion.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field, including hospital visits and partnership meetings.

• Proven track record of driving census growth and building referral pipelines
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong relationships within the Oklahoma healthcare market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
