Job summary
Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Director of Multifamily Real Estate to oversee a regional portfolio across Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia, with remote work and regional travel. This senior role provides strategic direction and oversight to drive client objectives and company standards.
The ideal candidate will have multi-site property management experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead high-performing teams across markets while improving portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field is required.
- Multi-site residential property management experience with leadership of Regional Managers or similar teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Community Managers, setting expectations and accountability standards.
- Oversee operational performance for a multi-state multifamily portfolio and ensure occupancy, resident satisfaction, and policy adherence.
- Provide strategic oversight of property budgets, financial performance, and owner reporting.
- Build relationships with owners, lenders, and internal departments; prepare portfolio updates and strategic recommendations.
