Job summary

Twin Pines in New York City seeks a Regional Director, Multifamily to manage multifamily community portfolios. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure financial performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You'll work closely with clients while making strategic decisions to enhance resident experiences and drive asset performance. The role offers the chance to influence significant housing projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multifamily portfolios, preferably affordable or mixed-income housing.
• Strong working knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Experience managing teams, vendors and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial, and regulatory performance of multifamily communities.
• Serve as primary client liaison ensuring alignment with ownership goals.
• Lead property visits to ensure operational performance and compliance.
