Job summary

Rally House is a growing specialty retailer seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores and elevate district performance. You will develop Head Coaches, ensure standards are executed consistently, and drive district-level sales and financial results.

Responsibilities include building high-performance teams, setting priorities, driving accountability, and maintaining guest satisfaction while coordinating across Buying, Merchandising and Ops teams. Travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Management experience required.
• 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches.
• Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline across the district.
• Support Head Coaches on performance management, engagement, and culture building.
• Lead talent calibration, hiring decisions, and development plans.
• Create commitment through regular feedback, performance reviews, and follow-up.
