WRH Realty Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Director to lead operations for a portfolio of multi-unit residential communities. You will manage budgets, occupancy, income, and property value while directing leasing, staffing, and compliance efforts across properties.

Formación

• Experience with luxury, market and affordable housing programs required.
• Five years of experience in residential multi-family property management as a Regional Director.
• Proven leadership experience in building a team and effectively leading a team.
• College degree preferred; CPM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); YARDI experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws; integrity and ethics expected.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily operations of the assigned portfolio.
• Review financial and other property metrics to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in formulating property budgets and stay within guidelines.
• Ensure rent and income are collected; manage evictions and delinquencies as needed.
• Approve expenditures over budget and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure all licenses are current within the portfolio.
• Lead payroll approvals, staff policies, and annual performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing training for office staff; supervise leasing workflows.
• Conduct property inspections with authorities and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough records and submit reports to corporate.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws; monitor leasing performance.
• Review market conditions; participate in pricing strategies and marketing plans.
• Coach Community Directors on marketing and leasing execution.
• Monitor leasing staff and adjust resources for targets.
