WRH Realty Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Director to oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential portfolio, including budgets, leasing, pricing, and vendor management. You will drive occupancy, income, and property value through strategic programs and strong leadership across the portfolio.

The role requires experience in residential multi-family management, familiarity with luxury, market and affordable housing programs, and CPM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in residential multi-family property management as a Regional Director.
• Experience with luxury, market and affordable housing programs required.
• Proven leadership experience in building and motivating a team.
• College degree preferred.
• CPM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the assigned portfolio, including budgets and leasing.
• Develop marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy and income.
• Hire, train, and motivate on-site staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure rent collection and timely posting; manage evictions as needed.
• Review financial metrics and performance reports for portfolio optimization.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to meet service standards.
• Lead pricing, budgets, and annual financial objectives for properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and R rules and company policies.
