Job summary

WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, driving occupancy, income, and asset value. You will lead budgets, leasing strategies, and on-site teams, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

The role requires extensive multi-family management experience, strategic leadership, and collaboration with corporate teams to achieve financial objectives and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in residential multi-family property management as Regional Director.
• College degree preferred; CPM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Experience with YARDI preferred.
• Travel required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and financial aspects of a portfolio of properties.
• Develop marketing and management programs to maximize occupancy, income, and value.
• Lead and coach on-site staff; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance across properties.
• Coordinate with vendors and management teams to ensure timely turnover and maintenance.
