WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of properties, driving occupancy, income, and asset value. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate marketing and operations to achieve company goals.

The role requires five years in residential multi-family management, leadership ability, and familiarity with luxury, market and affordable housing programs. A CPM certification is a plus, along with corresponding licensing requirements.

Formación

• Five years of residential multi-family property management experience as Regional Director.
• Experience with luxury, market and affordable housing programs.
• CPM certification preferred.
• Fair Housing and EEO laws familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operations of a multi-unit residential portfolio, including budgets, leasing, marketing and staffing.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet financial objectives and occupancy targets.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage capital expenditure plans.
