Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking an Area Manager, Mobile Medical Equipment (MME) to oversee operations across a regional network of hospitals and health systems. You will lead site leaders to ensure quality, consistency, and strong relationships with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or hospital operations.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in an acute care hospital environment.
• 5+ years of customer facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MME Site Leaders and Senior Site Leaders across multiple hospitals and systems.
• Develop service delivery strategies with continuous process improvement and KPIs.
• Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to policies and ISO standards.
• Maintain executive level relationships and drive customer satisfaction across sites.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
