Energy Solutions is seeking a Director of Energy Efficiency – Midwest to lead multiple large-scale programs with revenue exceeding $7M, inspiring teams and driving growth across the region.

The role emphasizes client relationships, cross-functional collaboration with Information Systems, risk management, budgeting, and delivering energy-savings targets while shaping new business opportunities. This is a predominantly remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Six-figure leadership experience in large-scale energy programs.
• Experience guiding multi-generational teams and complex operations.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, renewals, and performance discussions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs across the Midwest.
• Guide development and maintenance of software supporting program delivery.
• Monitor metrics and manage budgets/timelines; mitigate risks.
• Lead regional project managers and professionals to align performance and accountability.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service excellence.
