Job summary

CEA CAPA Education Abroad is seeking a Regional Director to build and manage relationships with U.S. partner institutions within the Mid-Atlantic region. The role is remote and region-based, with travel as needed to participate in partner events and programs.

You will drive growth by developing account plans, collaborating with Institutional Relations leadership, and aligning programs with partner goals while advancing study abroad enrollment and diversity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in higher education or study abroad.
• At least 3 years in consultative, relationship-driven business development or sales.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, access, and inclusion.
• Experience planning, booking, and executing domestic and occasional international travel itineraries.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with Institutional Relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. partner institutions within an assigned region.
• Develop account plans and drive growth strategies withRegional VP.
• Collaborate with study abroad offices to support recruitment and advising initiatives.
• Coordinate events and information sessions with partner universities.
• Leverage social media to raise the CEA CAPA brand and connections in the field.
• Meet sales targets efficiently and collaboratively.
• Share innovative market insights and successful sales strategies.
