Living Resources seeks an Assistant Director of Residential to oversee operations of residential programs in the Albany region, ensuring high-quality care and safety. You will supervise RHMs and ARHMs, coordinate with families and care managers, and lead compliance, audits, and incident response.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and staff schedules. Travel to residences and participation in required trainings are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in an OPWDD certified residence or similar setting.
• Valid NYS Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Model and promote agency values in leadership and service delivery.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to staff to ensure quality services.
• Serve as primary liaison with families, advocates, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead meetings, address concerns, and ensure documentation is completed.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues within the region.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD, agency, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness.
