Medical Edge Recruiting seeks a Regional Director to lead four medical spa locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This hands-on leader will work closely with clinic teams, providers, and corporate leadership to drive growth, performance, and patient experience.

The role requires strong medical aesthetics background and multi-site management experience, with a focus on operations, people development, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site medical spa operations.
• Strong background in medical aesthetics and provider workflows.
• Proven ability to develop people and improve performance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations, sales performance, and profitability across four DFW Med Spas.
• Maintain an active presence at locations five days a week.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop spa managers and staff.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and patient experience.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions for locations and the portfolio.
• Review P&Ls and manage revenue, expenses, staffing, and productivity.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and execution of company policies.
• Coordinate quarterly events and partner with leadership on marketing and hiring.
