Job summary

Medical Edge Recruiting seeks an experienced Regional Director to lead four med spa locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This hands-on leader will drive operations, sales performance, and profitability while developing staff and ensuring stellar patient experiences.

The role requires a strong background in medical aesthetics, multi-unit management, and the ability to operate onsite with corporate leadership.

Qualifications

Hands-on leader with strong background in medical aesthetics.
Experience in multi-unit management is highly valued.
Ability to recruit, train, coach and develop staff across locations.
Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations, sales performance and profitability across all four Med Spa locations.
Maintain active regional presence, visiting each location five days a week.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop Spa Managers, providers and staff.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork and patient experience.
Identify performance gaps and implement solutions for locations and portfolio.
Review monthly P&Ls and manage revenue, expenses, staffing and productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations including HIPAA.
Coordinate quarterly events and partner with corporate for marketing and hiring.
