Job summary

Dompé is seeking a Regional Director of Field Access and Reimbursement in the United States (Indiana/Indianapolis) to lead market access strategies and a regional FRM team focused on patient access for OXERVATE. You will coach FRMs, partner with sales, payer teams, and hub operations, and drive compliant access solutions across the region.

The role requires deep knowledge of pharma market access, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience with a focus on patient and/or market access.
• At least 4 years of field access and reimbursement experience.
• Deep understanding of the patient access landscape in the specialty marketplace.
• Ability to influence and lead the Market Access / Patient Services organization.
• Experience educating customers on technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of FRMs with compliant execution.
• Provide coaching, guidance and evaluation to ensure compliant access and reimbursement support.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize addressing patient access barriers.
• Ensure customer education on Dompé access solutions and local market landscape.
• Partner with strategy to align solutions with patient journey and provider experience.
• Support digital enrollment platform utilization to streamline user experience.
• Develop strategies and messaging to optimize the patient journey and provider experience.
• Inspire cross-functional collaboration to analyze reimbursement issues and advise internal partners.
• Identify and address patient and practice access issues regionally with stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics to improve regional performance and program design.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure compliant systems supporting patient journey.
