Job summary

Dompé is seeking a Field Access Manager (Associate Director) to lead patient access initiatives for Oxervate across a defined region. The role focuses on proactive account management, payer education, and resolving patient access barriers for HCP staff.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive pharma market access experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and proven ability to educate on access tools and enrollment platforms while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience with a focus on patient and/or market access.
• Deep understanding of the field operations and systems to support access roles.
• Experience educating on customer facing technology platforms and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-promotional, consultative account management support for HCP staff regarding patient access to OXERVATE
• Establish strong partnerships with the PAM team and support the patient journey
• Be a subject matter expert on the access landscape including payer policies, prior authorizations, denials and appeals
• Use data to identify where to make the biggest patient impact with a targeted list of customers
• Support enrollment tools and digital enrollment platforms to streamline user experience
• Demonstrate understanding of local market access dynamics in the region
• Collaborate with Marketing and Program Strategy to optimize patient journey and provider experience
• Develop solutions to improve efficiency in the patient access journey
• Work cross functionally to analyze access barriers for internal partners
