Dompé is seeking an experienced Field Access Manager (Associate Director) to minimize patient and HCP access barriers for Oxervate in the assigned U.S. region.

You will provide proactive account management and educate on Dompé’s patient support programs, ensuring compliant, high‑quality service. As a regional expert on payer landscapes, you will guide customers through coverage policies, collaborate with internal teams, and optimize the patient access journey.

Competenze

• 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience focusing on patient or market access.
• Ability to establish as a thought leader on patient support services.
• Deep understanding of field operations and systems to support access roles.

Mansioni

• Provide non-promotional, consultative account management for HCP staff on patient access to Oxervate.
• Establish partnerships with the PAM team and support the patient journey.
• Educate on payer policies, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
