Performance Team in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead regional programs across multiple distribution facilities. This role reports to the Head of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities and ensures reliability of facility infrastructure and automation while aligning with safety and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years leading multi-site maintenance or facilities operations in logistics, distribution, or automated warehouses.
• Experience with automated material handling systems and facility infrastructure.
• CMRP, PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Execute strategic vision and maintenance standards established by leadership.
• Ensure availability and performance of automation and facility systems.
• Drive safety, quality, and financial objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop leadership and succession plans for maintenance and facilities personnel.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, and contractor management.
