Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead regional maintenance, facilities, and engineering programs across multiple sites. You will drive reliability, asset lifecycle management, safety, and financial performance while coordinating with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (CMRP, PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive engineering, maintenance, and facilities leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Execute strategic maintenance standards and budgets.
• Ensure high availability and performance of automated and facility systems.
• Develop leaders and succession plans within maintenance and facilities teams.
• Drive cost control while maintaining reliability and safety.
• Oversee EAM/CMMS utilization and reporting across sites.
