Audley Travel is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the North American luxury travel trade market. You will develop sales strategies, build partnerships, and promote Audley's bespoke travel experiences.

Based in Utah with heavy travel across the region (60–70%), you will nurture relationships with host agencies and travel advisors, lead trainings, and represent the Audley brand at industry events to grow market share.

Qualificações

• Proven field sales experience in luxury travel or travel industry.
• Extensive network within the travel advisor and agency community.
• Confident relationship builder with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage a large territory independently.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow regional revenue and brand presence.
• Cultivate and grow relationships with host agencies, independent travel advisors, and industry contacts across the territory.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and events; deliver trainings and presentations in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with agency partners on co-operative marketing initiatives; manage budgets and support regional growth targets.
