Audley Travel is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the North American luxury travel trade market. You will develop sales strategies, build partnerships, and promote Audley's bespoke travel experiences.

Based in Utah with heavy travel across the region (60–70%), you will nurture relationships with host agencies and travel advisors, lead trainings, and represent the Audley brand at industry events to grow market share.

It Would be Great If

• You have proven field sales experience, ideally within luxury travel or the wider travel industry.
• You possess an extensive network within the travel advisor and agency community.
• You are a confident relationship builder with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• You are highly organised and able to manage a large territory independently.
• You are well-travelled and passionate about inspiring others to explore the world.
• You are comfortable travelling regularly throughout your region (approximately 60-70% travel).

What’s In It For You

To be considered for this position, you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado or Utah. This role covers a broader territory, including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming

Salary between $80,000-100,000 dependent on your location and experience.

Discretionary annual bonus plan.

90-100% coverage of insurance premiums

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

• One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
• A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
• Two stage face to face interview process with two of our Hiring Managers.
