TRG Management seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury apartment communities across South Florida. You will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of regional management experience in multifamily housing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and asset management.

• Develop and coach onsite teams to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
