Job summary

Luxury Rentals Miami Beach seeks a Business Development Director to lead expansion of our luxury residential portfolio in Miami and Miami Beach. You will translate strategy into measurable growth, build high-value relationships with owners, developers, brokers and family offices, and guide LRMB’s partner network.

You will recruit, mentor and manage a top-performing team while setting clear targets, pipelines, and performance standards to sustain LRMB’s market-leading position in ultra-luxury

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and sales leadership.
• Experience in luxury real estate or luxury hospitality.
• Leadership or team-development experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and hold high-performing professionals accountable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LRMB’s business development strategy for portfolio growth.
• Identify and acquire luxury residences throughout Miami and Miami Beach.
• Lead and develop the business development team.
• Establish targets and track performance metrics.
• Build partnerships with owners, developers, brokers, wealth advisors, family offices, attorneys, concierge professionals, and strategic partners.
• Represent LRMB at industry events and manage key negotiations.
